Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ridesidequest.com and the golf cart ride services provided by SideQuest Mobility LLC. By booking a ride, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
SideQuest Mobility provides short-distance golf cart transportation within approximately a two-mile radius of SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. We service venues including SoFi Stadium, Kia Forum, Intuit Dome, and YouTube Theater. All rides are subject to availability, weather, traffic, and event conditions.
Pricing
- Regular Ride: $10 per person, per ride.
- Group Ride: $20 for the first rider and $5 for each additional rider, up to 5 riders total. A second cart may be used when needed.
- Park & Ride: $80 flat fare. Includes secure parking and round-trip shuttle for up to 5 riders.
- Prices are subject to change. The fare displayed at checkout is the fare you agree to pay.
Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Time slots are offered in 20-minute intervals with limited capacity.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be refunded at our discretion.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Conduct and Safety
Riders must follow driver instructions, remain seated while the cart is moving, and not exceed stated capacity. SideQuest Mobility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, disorderly, or otherwise unsafe.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: SideQuest Mobility Ride Alerts.
SideQuest Mobility Ride Alerts is a transactional messaging program. If you voluntarily check the SMS opt-in box during booking, you agree to receive recurring text messages about booking confirmations, payment and receipt notices, driver assignment and status updates, pickup and arrival instructions, ride completion updates, and customer-support responses. Entering a phone number alone is not consent.
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation of your opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help. Support: admin@ridesidequest.com or (310) 555-SIDE.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and pay without opting in to text messages.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
SideQuest Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim related to a ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SideQuest Mobility LLC, its drivers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
